And as we have seen during this COVID response period access to trusted online services is critical. We did all of our work remotely, surprising even ourselves – your facilitation skills were remarkable! Providing us with tools to reflect on strengths and opportunities, including everyone in discussions, supporting us to identify clearly our areas of strategic focus and capabilities – it all added up to informed, insightful and inspiring work. We are already living the Strategic Plan and delivering better value to Australians because of it!
