BBL Session Roundup: Key Insights from the Best Business Leaders’ Programme

Rise of the AI-Augmented Leader

This week we kicked off the 2026 Best Business Leaders Programme, with our first session: Rise of the AI-Augmented Leader.

Yes, we explored AI. Yes, we discussed how technology is reshaping leadership in 2026. But what unfolded in the room went much deeper than tools and trends. We talked honestly about how stretching leadership can be. The weight of decisions. The isolation that can creep in. The responsibility of carrying teams, clients and families while still trying to grow the business.

There was real vulnerability. Real candour. And real generosity.

With the depth of experience in the room, participants supported one another to identify practical strategies for navigating the tougher seasons of business, not just surviving them, but leading well through them.

Alongside this, we examined:

  • Emerging leadership trends shaping 2026

  • The evolution of personal leadership brands

  • How AI can practically support better decision-making, sharper thinking and stronger productivity

  • Simple tools to clarify priorities and define next steps for the year ahead

These are busy leaders, high-performing and in demand. Yet they choose to step out of the noise and into a room where they can think clearly, challenge themselves and be challenged by others.

That’s not accidental. It’s a conscious decision to lead better.

Missed this one?
