BBL Session Roundup: Key Insights from the Best Business Leaders’ Programme

Session Two Recap: Strategy, Coaching & Implementation for High-Impact Leaders

In our second session of the 2026 Best Business Leaders Programme, participants rolled up their sleeves and got to work on what separates good leaders from great ones: thinking strategically, coaching effectively, and following through on execution.

This was an interactive, hands-on workshop. Leaders had space to step back from the day-to-day and focus on what actually moves the needle.

What we explored:

  • How to strengthen strategic thinking in response to the key market shifts heading our way over the next 12 months
  • How high-performing leaders are adapting to faster decision cycles and AI-enabled workflows
  • Practical coaching tools to improve decision quality across their teams
  • How to identify and remove the friction that slows execution and erodes momentum

Through peer discussion and real-world challenges, participants left with concrete ideas they could apply immediately — not theory, but practical moves to lift performance.

Missed this one? There’s still time to join the journey.

Our third session continues the 2026 programme on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.
